Based primarily in London, an internationally sought after coach who has developed a unique approach to wellness.
With over a decade of studying various training systems and different approaches to health, I further honed my craft and client care when working with the Soneva Group and Six Senses Hotels. As such, wherever you may be in your physical journey, each session is tailored to your individual needs.
Incorporating elements of Tai Chi, balance, strength and coordination, the main focus of any session is ensuring your wellbeing and enjoyment.
From postural improvements and mobility restrictions to simply wishing to move more, I am confident that we can reach your goals together.
Whether you want to improve your performance in a chosen sport, feel a little bit better, or simply improve your posture, we can help!
Each session is tailored to your needs to ensure maximum enjoyment. If something is not working, we have a wide variety of alternatives to keep you stimulated and help you reach your goal safely and efficiently.
Sessions can be done in-person or virtually.

“Impatience for victory guarantees defeat” Louis XIV
How often do you find yourself getting frustrated? Perhaps morning commuters get in your way, or perhaps your stomach growls as you sit waiting in a restaurant. Whenever moments like these arise, our ability to exercise patience is tested.
“We first make our habits, then our habits make us.” John Dryden
Think of the last time you adapted to new surroundings. From a new home to new work colleagues, we have all experienced little and large changes. While some enjoy the unknown elements and thrive, others find it less pleasant and adapt differently.

“The world breaks everyone, and after, some are strong at the broken places” Ernest Hemingway
When you think of strength, what image comes to mind? What characteristics do you envision? Some may picture feats of mental strength whereas others may see muscles and physical force.
